ACLC is regionally known for our ability to treat chronic pain. We are Iowa leaders in laser technology for the treatment of pain. We use the most advanced level of laser technology available, High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT). The intensity of our FDA-approved class IV alpha laser penetrates much deeper than the more commonly used low-level cold lasers. Our laser can reach the deepest structures of the area of pain to correct the cellular damage.

Many practitioners view chronic pain, such as that suffered from arthritis or old injuries, as untreatable. We do not. We are regularly able to get results in hopeless situations. Using HILT in combination with our other treatment techniques, we have seen an 80% success rate in improving function and significantly decreasing chronic pain symptoms for our patients.
Complimentary Consultations
At ACLC, we provide complimentary consultations. During the initial consultation in our clinic, we will sit down with you to thoroughly discuss your history and condition, review your current X-rays and/or MRI results (*see note below), and provide a treatment plan.
These consultations may be a first stop for you or you may be seeking a second opinion. In many cases, we have non-surgical, drug-free treatment options that are as effective, if not more effective, than other options you may be considering. If we don't feel that we can help you, we'll tell you. No matter the result, there is no cost or obligation for the consultation.
*NOTE: Please bring a copy of your current records and tests to the appointment. If you need assistance in requesting these records, please call our office at 319-668-8196 at least 3 days before your appointment to allow time for the records to be transferred.

Dr. Mary DeJarnatt
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Mary achieved her Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Science University in Bloomington, Minnesota in 2009.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.
Dr. Mary established ACLC in 2014 to meet the needs of opiate-free chronic pain management in Eastern Iowa. She specializes in the use of the most advanced technologies for the treatment of chronic pain.
